After Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell moved to dismiss President Trump’s impeachment without calling any witnesses, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi accused McConnell of engaging in a “cover-up”.

According to the Washington Examiner, “One of the things that I think is really important, what I think people should be very aware of,” Pelosi stated, “very unusually, the leader of the Senate, Mitch McConnell, has signed on to a resolution to dismiss the case.”

“I’m telling you that he signed on Thursday to a resolution to dismiss the case. Dismissing is a cover-up. Dismissing is a cover-up.
